1918kiss is more than just a name. It's a commitment — a commitment to giving Malaysian players a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience, backed by local support you can count on at any time.
Two core principles that guide every decision we make for Malaysian players.
The mission of 1918kiss is simple yet meaningful: we want every Malaysian who enjoys online entertainment — whether it's Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, or table games — to be able to do so in a safe, transparent, and enjoyable environment. We believe access to a high-quality platform shouldn't be limited to those at Genting Highlands — it should be available to everyone across Malaysia, from Perlis to Sabah, with nothing more than a mobile phone and an internet connection.
1918kiss envisions becoming the go-to platform for Malaysian players — not just in terms of game variety or bonus value, but in terms of lasting trust. We want to be the first name that comes to mind when Malaysian players feel like placing a bet on a weekend EPL match, trying out the latest viral slot, or winding down after work with a relaxed baccarat session. To get there, we invest every day in technology, security, and the overall user experience.
1918kiss was born from a simple observation: Malaysian players who loved to bet had no local platform that truly understood their needs. The international platforms available at the time were mostly built for European or American markets — English interfaces that could be confusing, payment methods that didn't support Malaysian eWallets, and customer support that couldn't communicate in Bahasa Melayu. There was a significant gap in the market, and that's exactly the opportunity the founders of 1918kiss saw.
From day one, 1918kiss was built on a single core principle: this platform is for Malaysians, by people who truly understand Malaysia. That's not just a tagline — it shows in every aspect of our platform, from deposit options that include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX, to customer support available in Bahasa Malaysia around the clock, and a game library that prioritises titles popular among Southeast Asian players.
"We're not trying to be a global platform available in every language. We're trying to be the best Malaysian platform there's ever been — and that means understanding what Malaysian players actually want."
The 1918kiss journey hasn't always been straightforward. There were moments where we faced tough calls — chase rapid growth through aggressive promotions, or put user experience quality first. We chose the latter. That decision may have slowed our early growth, but it built a foundation of trust that holds firm to this day. Players who joined us from the beginning are still with us, because they know — when something goes wrong, 1918kiss fixes it properly, not just tells them what they want to hear.
Today, 1918kiss has grown into a platform offering over 800 games from more than 20 leading international providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO, and many more. We support live Sports Betting across EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, BWF badminton, international cricket, and over 30 other sports. Our Live Casino tables run 24 hours a day, staffed by professional dealers. And we still offer a minimum deposit of RM10 — because we believe quality entertainment should be accessible to everyone, not just those with a big budget.
What we're most proud of isn't the numbers or statistics. What we're most proud of are the messages from our players — a player from Kelantan who thanked us because we were the only platform to process his withdrawal in 5 minutes when other platforms took 3 days. A mother from Selangor who was delighted to deposit easily via Touch 'n Go eWallet without having to fill out lengthy bank forms. A young man from Sabah who could finally bet on Lee Zii Jia's badminton matches without needing a VPN or converting foreign currency. These are the stories that drive us forward.
1918kiss also takes its social responsibility seriously. We have a strict responsible gaming policy, including options for players to set their own weekly deposit limits, take a break from the platform, and access professional support resources for gambling addiction. We believe real entertainment is sustainable entertainment — you can enjoy the games today, tomorrow, and beyond, without it affecting your daily life.
Looking ahead, 1918kiss has concrete plans to expand its games library, improve platform speed and stability, and add more options for players across Malaysia. We are currently developing a lighter, more responsive mobile app, strengthening our security infrastructure, and introducing more regular promotions dedicated to our loyal members. These aren't empty promises — this is a plan actively in motion, one step at a time.
The founders of 1918kiss identified a significant gap in the Malaysian market — no local betting platform truly understood the needs of Malaysian players in terms of language, payments, and support.
1918kiss launched with an initial collection of slots and Sports Betting, with full support for local Malaysian payment methods. Early feedback from players was overwhelmingly positive.
The Live Casino section with real dealers was introduced. Sports coverage was expanded to include the EPL, BWF badminton, cricket, and the Malaysia Super League. Membership reached 100,000.
1918kiss signed agreements with over 20 of the world's leading game providers. The game library surged to more than 800 titles. The minimum deposit remains at RM10 for all players.
1918kiss today serves over 850,000 active members from across Malaysia. The platform operates 24/7, offering 800+ games, live Sports Betting, and Bahasa Melayu customer support at all times.
Six concrete things that set 1918kiss apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market.
From the interface language to payment methods, 1918kiss was designed from the ground up for Malaysian players. We understand the culture, preferences, and unique needs of local players — because we're part of this community ourselves.
Funds arrive within 3 minutes via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX. Winnings are processed within 3 to 5 minutes — no hours-long waits or tedious verification steps.
All transactions and personal data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Malaysia's major banks. The RNG of all our games has been certified by an accredited independent auditing body.
The 1918kiss game library covers slots from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Play'n GO; Live Casino from Evolution Gaming; and Sports Betting spanning the EPL, badminton, cricket, and virtual sports — all under one account.
Our customer support team operates in Bahasa Melayu around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat. You don't need to communicate in English or wait for business hours to resolve any issue.
The 1918kiss platform is fully responsive across all screen sizes. You can play slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting seamlessly from your mobile phone — sharp graphics, an intuitive touch interface, with no separate app download required.
